If yes, then get ready to fix your sleep cycle. Yes we know, you suffer from bouts of insomnia and sleep deprivation. Put simply, you’ve trouble sleeping or staying asleep at night. At best you manage to have a few disturbed hours of shut-eye during which you’re interrupted twice by your beeping phone or some such. As a result you wake up feeling groggy, sleepy & with a mild headache. 
You are not alone. Sleep deprivation is an epidemic among people today and is taking a serious toll on our health. Women especially are at greater health risks because they tend to get less sleep than men.
