depression

How did you survive depression?

These ideas helped me to survive depression-

I am not alone. Millions of people are struggling with depression.
I have to be positive. Whatever the worst situation comes, I will be positive.
I don't have any expectation from myself. I do what I love.
God’s and my parents blessings are always with me.
I will not lose hope till my last breath.
I must avoid negative thinking, maintain routine, avoid distraction and take care my health.
Remind myself it's okay not to be perfect.
At the end of the day everything will be OK.
Life is beautiful and it's full of fun.
I forget the past and future, I live in the moment and live in the breath.
Life is 1% what you experience and 99% how you respond it.
Remind me everyday that how successful people have overcome the all hurdles of depression.
Losing in the rat race of life, getting poor CGPA, fired from a job, rejected by someone is not the worst thing. The worst thing is that deciding to leave life for that reason.
Life has two rules: #1 Never quit #2. Always remember rule # 1.

Tips: Every Single Day Motivated through your Thoughts

We think of talking to yourself as something crazy people do, but it's actually a hallmark of the super successful. This is the simple trick that always helps get motivated and be up to success.

Who if not you is going to motivate yourself…

Have this small dialogue with your inner voice and remind yourself what, why and how you want to accomplish in order to be up to new wins every single day.

Morning. Get up, stand in front of the mirror and have a one-to-one dialogue with yourself:

Hi! Today is a new day and we have to work hard — I know… But I feel exhausted.

Me too. But we have to keep going… — It seems like this work does not add any value.

Well, it takes time and effort. You know that everything worth doing is going to be neither easy nor fast — I know… but the goal is still so far away and it seems we have barely made any headway.

What are you talking about?! Just recall the day we started… We were far away from the place we are now. We have done a huge progress. — You are right. That`s true... However, there are so many things to do and we are likely to face really tough obstacles soon…

Do not be afraid of difficulties! Think about the benefits! Do you remember what we aspire to? — Yes, I do.

Do you remember the reason why we pursue this goal? — Yes, I do.

Do you want to get it? — Yes, I do.

Do you want to win? — Yes, I do.

Are you ready to commit to our aspirations? — Yes, I am.

We will succeed! — hm… Do you think so? Do you think we can?

Of course, we can! Look at our friends. Some of them achieved great results. We do not want to be left behind. We have to catch up! — You are right. If they did, we can too.

Let’s take a minute to visualize our hour of triumph. One day we will reap all the rewards for our hard work — It will be fantastic…

So…What are we going to do today? — Oh, there is a huge bunch of beautiful things.

Great! It is time to get started — Let’s do it!

'Super moon' to shine on Friday - May 26

A commercial jet near London's Heathrow Airport flies in front of the moon on November 13, 2016. On May 26, the moon orbits closer to the earth than usual, becoming a "super moon." / Korea Times File

A "supermoon" will be visible on Friday, according to the Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Agency (KHOA).

At its closest, the moon will be about 357,000 kilometers from the earth, making it a so-called "super moon." The usual average distance is 384,400 kilometers.

The last time the moon was as close was on Nov. 14, 2016.

The KHOA warned coastal residents to take precautions as the supermoon is expected to create huge tides.

"Although the moon will be physically close to the earth, it may not look as big as people expect because factors such as atmosphere affect its appearance," an expert told Yonhap News Agency.
