1. Kissing in public is seen as a great offense to culture and tradition. (I agree to this). Pissing in public is the norm. Come on!
2. We have to pay taxes and we have huge penalties if not. There are millions who don't pay taxes. Even our tax money goes to the pockets of the corrupt. What is left goes to buy the votes of the poor as freebies. The poor man gets TV, grinder, and whatnot and the cost of electricity are increased too. You don't rob Peter to pay Paul.
3. Corrupt politicians talk about justice and roam free and proud even after being exposed by scams. Whatever they do, there are people who continue to worship them. How many politicians convicted (and proved) of scams are currently out?
4. Liberty of the press is seen when they talk about the personal lives of celebrities and not when talking about the shortcomings of the government. When media is owned by politicians or business powers, things are filtered. How many political parties own channels?
5. The craze for engineering. People want their kid to do an engineering degree no matter what the kid wishes. Now it is engineering-MBA combo. How many engineers are working as peons and other jobs?
6. Selling votes to political parties. ‘Votes for money’ is a reality in this country even today.
7. British people treated us as slaves and oppressed us yet we are obsessed with copying them. We forgot our roots. We stopped using charcoal, neem, and cloves for brushing teeth. Our toothpaste has the same. Our own products are patented by other countries and sold back to us at high prices
8. People raising awareness to several causes are ironies themselves. Corrupt politicians talk about anti-corruption, playboy actors talk about chastity, vain actresses talk about self-respect … (I’m holding back here)
9. Religion, politicians, actors, states divide us. Terrorism and natural disasters unite us
10. Look both ways to cross a one-way road, We park at a no-parking and do similar things and so many other traffic related ironies.
    

Guidelines for Submitting PAN Application through UTIITSL website/portal  and Making payment online
Form 49A (for Resident Indian Applicants), Form 49AA (for NRI/Foreign Citizen) and CSF (for Change/Correction in PAN Card details):
1) Applicant should fill in his/her New PAN Application Form 49A "online" through UTIITSL's site http://www.utiitsl.com/ under the menu option Services->PAN Card->Apply. Instructions f or filling up the form as provided on the website should be followed while filling up each information on the form.
2) Applicant should click on "Validation" followed by "Submit" button once the application is filled in.
3) The filled-in application form is visible on the screen for thorough verification by the applicant. Applicant should verify it for correctness of the information being submitted.
4) If verified correct, Applicant can now go ahead with making online payment by clicking on "Make Payment" button on this form
5) Applicant will be re-directed to Payment Gateway site now by choosing either of the available gateway options BillDesk and PayU India. Here applicant is free to choose any of the gateways depending on applicant's  payment card issuing bank option available in the two options.
6) Applicant needs to carry out the payment attempt with his/her card details using one of the following options: Netbanking, Credit Card (Master/Visa), Debit Card (Master/Visa), Cash Card or any other as seen available on the Payment Gateway site.
7) Applicant may get a "Success" or a "Failure" as a result of this online payment attempt, accordingly the message will be displayed clearly.
8) On payment "Failure", message of failed transaction will be system-endorsed on the filled-in form visible on the screen. Applicant may either Cancel, go back OR Retry making the payment.
9) On payment "Success", payment confirmation will be system-endorsed on the filled-in.
10) For "Success" cases, Applicant should "Save" OR take a print-out of the filled-in form visible on the screen through the "Print Form" option provided.
11) On the printed form, Applicant should affix two (same) photographs of 3.5cms X 2.5cms size.
12) Applicant should sign at the 3 specified positions on this photo-affixed form as follows: • On the left hand box, sign across the affixed photograph. • On the right hand box, sign below the photo in the space provided. • On page 2 of the form, sign in the bottom right hand box in the space provided.
13. With the signed PAN Application form complete as above, Applicant should attach copy of the documents being submitted as Proof of Identity, Proof of Address and Proof of Date of Birth strictly as per information provided in the filled-in form:
14) Applicant is now ready with the complete set of application that includes one filled-in, signed, photo-affixed PAN Application form endorsed with "payment confirmation" along with the three supporting documentary proofs.
15) Applicant should submit or dispatch this complete set of his/her application to the nearest UTIITSL office address below at any one of Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai or New Delhi regions for processing and issuance of his/her PAN Card.

1. H1-B Visa's are granted for 3 years and 50% population does not have masters.
2. Currently, minimum estimation is approx 200,000 employees and families are on H1-B Visa.
3. Median Salary is $71,000/- and most of the Indian employees are not into innovative or high-end jobs.
   Considering very modest number i.e. 25% employees coming back in 2017, the count becomes 65,000 employees.
